Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prepare the Backpack or Wrap

Start by taking a backpack or a sturdy fabric wrap (such as a large scarf or baby wrap). This will serve as the main carrier for your weights. If using a backpack, it will sit on your partner's belly like a faux pregnant belly. If using fabric, ensure it is long enough to wrap securely around the torso.
